Telesales

If you've ever telephoned us you'll have spoken to either Lorraine, David or Ron in our Telesales team. They're the first point of contact for most of our customers and between them they're responsible for £millions in sales and more than 60,000 phone enquiries, invoices and orders every year.

Support Services

Ahmed, Jonathan and Alfie make up our Support Services team providing you with answers on any support issues including carrier or delivery problems, returns and IT. They can often provide help with problems such as your television jumping channels by itself, or if your DVD player won't play Shrek 2 even though your friend's machine plays it - things like that.

Carol, our Operations Controller, keeps a watchful eye on Support Services. She's been with us since 1988 and as well as our IT and telephone systems, which she implemented, she runs our Logistics and Warehouse operations, in fact anything that is not sales or accounts. Accounts and Finance

Kiwi Tony (guess where he's from) controls the accounts and finance department. He has an exacting mind perfectly attuned to accounting after a lifetime of number crunching, and his supporting crunchers are: Sue - she joined us as an 15year-old (and we're a polite lot so we won't tell you exactly when), June, Yvonne and Asma. They each look after the ins and outs of our complex business. So if you want a copy invoice, don't understand your statement, or just want to pay us, then get in touch.

Distribution

In our London warehouse we have Steve, John (whose mum used to make us tea and biscuits), Tony, another John (Bourton) and Roy. These chaps run our delivery operations and warehouse and have more than forty years' experience between them. Then there are Ian, Warren, Nigel, Chris, Stephen, Barry, Dave, Simon and Neil; this team manages the delivery operations in our Salisbury and Exeter depots and like all skilled people, are good at making the very complex appear very easy.

Sales

And rounding up the last of a great bunch we have our National Field Sales Force. Force being the operative word - between them this team has tons of experience.
