Service Guide

H+R are committed to supporting the product that we supply within the policies of the individual manufacturer as detailed in the table shown below.

Definitions

Product under 28 days old - means product that fails within 28 days of supply to you from us. We do not provide advance replacements at no charge but will offer to re-invoice and credit the faulty unit in most cases (see guide for individual manufacturer procedure). It is important that the returned product meets our minimum returns policy, packed fit for transit, ready for collection, complete with all accessories, not damaged and faulty as stated. Harris + Russell test all returns for stated fault and will contact you if no fault is found.

In some cases manufacturers will deal directly with you or your consumer and supply a replacement product direct (sometimes referred to as a 'hot swap').

Product within Manufacturers Warranty - All manufacturers now have established service networks for dealing with any repairs that your consumers may need. We always recommend the use of these service networks in the first instance. You will be asked to provide proof of consumer purchase and details of the unit and fault.

Product outside Manufacturers Warranty - These repairs are chargeable. Manufacturers can advise you of applicable call out rates, etc.
