Account application form

If you are not already an H+R account customer please print out the Account Application Form below. Fully complete section 1, plus 2 and 3 if these are relevant to you, and return to us by post (we need to have an original of your signature). Details of these sections are:

1. Account Application:
Must be completed in full by all applicants to open (any) account. Proforma accounts are available and payment can either be made immediately on order via debit (free of charge*) or credit card (2.5% surcharge*), in advance by cheque or BACS.

2. Credit Request:
Applies only if you wish to open a credit account and then must be completed in full. Current standard credit terms are strictly 30 days from end of month. Payment can be made by cheque, card (subject to charges above*), or BACS. Whilst we are taking up trade references it is likely that our Area Sales Manager will contact you to arrange a visit to your premises and a temporary proforma account may be set up for you.

3. Bank Status Enquiry:
Allows us to apply to your bank for a reference. Please complete in full and ensure that the Consent box is signed in accordance with your bank Mandate. Banks make a fee for providing a status report. To speed up this application please enclose a cheque for £15 payable to Harris and Russell Limited to cover this charge.

4. Terms and Conditions:
Please retain these for future reference. You are deemed to have accepted Harris + Russell's Terms and Conditions should you trade with Harris + Russell in any way including, but not exclusively, use of the procurement site.
