Hours of Business

You can reach us by telephone from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (closed Sat/Sun and Bank Holidays, any additional closures e.g. over Christmas, will be advised well in advance).

You can visit us at www.harrisandrussell.com. To access the website to check our stocks, see our products, offers and to place orders you will need to have an account and a user name and password. Once you have this information you (and only you or somebody you authorise) will be able to access our site 24 hours a day, every day.

Out of hours you can still email or fax us (see Contact Us), and we will endeavour to respond to you immediately we are next open for business.

Stock

We aim to always keep in stock our current ranges. Our buying team monitors sales daily to ensure we don't run out of stock. When a product becomes obsolete and stock runs out we endeavour to have the replacement ready and waiting. We understand that a lost consumer for you is a lost sale for us!

Delivery

We normally deliver to your store within 48 hours (or even 24 wherever possible), but if you prefer, for a small charge we can deliver to your consumer on your behalf (this is a simple door to door service but can be very useful if your consumer is outside your normal delivery area).

Credit Terms

Subject to status we are pleased to offer credit terms of 30 days end of month, we can also accommodate pro-forma invoice for those customers who like to keep an eye on their expenditure and pay up front or for more occasional purchases. Paying us is simple; we accept cheque, BACS, Direct Debit, debit (free of charge) and credit card (at additional charge) and even cash. If you would like to open an account print off the on line account application form and return it to us.

Returns

Our Returns Department strive to take the hassle out of having a faulty product. We work closely with our chosen suppliers and customers to ensure faulty or damaged products are kept to a minimum.

Warranties

All our products are sourced direct from the manufacturer and are sold with their warranty. We may, from time to time, offer graded or used product which will always be clearly identified and sold as such.
